Black Summer Truffle

the most available truffle

The black summer truffle is harvested from late May to the end of December. Easily recognizable by the coarsely warty rind of a glossy black color, it has a dark hazelnut pulp with numerous thin white streaks.

Black Winter Truffle

the Black Diamond of the table

The winter variety ripens from December to late March, is characterized by the warty peridium (rind), opaque black, with not very pronounced warts. The pulp is purplish-black in color.

White Truffle

the most precious of truffles

Nose with smooth rind, ocher or olive yellow in color, the pulp is pale hazelnut with white veins. The shape linked to the nature of the soil is regular and can also be very round. Ripens from October to December.
